This ancient herb is used to encourage prophetic & happy dreams as well as to act as an aid to astral travel. It is renowned as a smudging herb for its subtle, sweet scent & dream-inducing qualities before bedtime. It has a long history of use in the Pagan tradition. 
 
Over the hot summer months I harvest this beautiful wild Mugwort on the wild rolling hills of the South Downs National Park above Lewes, in East Sussex, then wildcraft each one into Smudge Sticks with positive intention for you to receive. 
This year [2023] I harvested all the Mugwort on the powerful Lammas Full Moon in early August, under the influence of Aquarius.
 
Each mugwort smudge stick is completely unique & hand bound & varies in shape. Ours are approx 6 inches long. Limited stock available - once they're gone they're gone till the next summer!
 
To use a smudge stick light the end, gently blow out the flame when you feel it's good & lit slowly wave the herb bundle in circular motions as you move around the room, person or object. Use a fire safe dish to catch any fallen ash. When you are done extinguish your herb bundle by tamping it in a fire safe bowl. 
Best to smudge within half an hour of bedtime with clear intent and positive vibes.
